Art by Asana
April 26, 2025
1 to 2:30 p.m.
Join Ashtin for a unique workshop where movement meets creativity in a colorful and expressive way! This workshop blends the mindfulness of yoga with the freedom of artistic expression, allowing you to use your body as a brush and the mat as your canvas.
You will be guided through a yoga flow, exploring breath-to-movement, while dipping your hands and feet into paint to create a one-of-a-kind abstract canvas painting. Through movement and painting, you will embody each element and create a vibrant masterpiece that reflects your personal journey.
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy and bring a towel to cleanup. We will be using organic, non-toxic, allergen-friendly, easily washable paints. No prior experience is necessary.

Therapeutic Art to Manage Challenge
Carly and Lisa Workshop
May 10, 2025
1-3:30 p.m.
No matter the times, the challenges of the day, the external and internal stressors, humans have always needed refuge–vital time to unplug and recharge–time to fill up in order to keep going.
Through the healing arts of yoga, writing, and art, participants will explore the heart/mind/body/soul connection and find ways to access healing through these modalities in these challenging and turbulent times. It is our hope that participants will leave feeling connected, engaged, and confident in deepening their creative toolbox so that they can access peace, hope, and healing when it is needed.
Bring a journal for a therapeutic art & writing process borrowed from the SoulCollage® method after our yoga practice.
Participant Investment: $65 for non- members, $50 for members
